NeuroAffective Touch

What is NeuroAffective Touch®?

NeuroAffective Touch is a professional psychobiological approach that integrates the key elements of somatic therapy, attachment and developmental theory, and affective and interpersonal neurobiology. 

NA Touch is Polyvagal-informed, uses intentional, mindful touch to bring the unconscious memories held in the body into conscious awareness. Through offering direct communication and support to the body at the nonverbal level, where we all receive our first imprints, NeuroAffective Touch treats lifelong emotional traumas to reconnect us to the wholeness of our relational matrix.

Somatic Parts Work 

Somatic Parts Work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles with body-centered awareness to heal trauma and inner conflict through direct connection with the body. This approach recognizes that we’re made up of many “parts” — sub-personalities that hold memories, emotions, and protective roles. When these parts are at odds, we may feel stuck, tense, or disconnected.

By working with a combination of physical sensations, body mapping, visualization, breath, and open curious presence, Somatic Parts Work helps you meet each part — the critic, the protector, the inner child — with curiosity and compassion. As these parts are heard and integrated, the body relaxes, the mind settles, and a greater sense of harmony and Self-leadership emerges. The result is a felt experience of wholeness, where all aspects of you can work together in balance.

NeuroAffective Relational Model®

The NeuroAffective Relational Model® (NARM®) is a gentle, body-mind approach for healing the long-term effects of complex and developmental trauma. Rather than focusing on the story of what happened, NARM works with the patterns of disconnection that once helped us survive but now limit our ability to connect, feel, and thrive. 

Developed by Dr. Laurence Heller, NARM integrates psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based principles with insights from neuroscience and non-Western traditions. The work helps restore connection to the self and others by bringing awareness to the adaptive survival patterns that shape our emotional and relational lives. At its core, NARM honors the innate human drive toward connection, aliveness, and wholeness—supporting clients in returning to their natural vitality and authentic self.

Mind–Body Coaching

Mind–Body Coaching is an integrative, goal-oriented framework that bridges depth work with embodied action. If you’re ready to get unstuck, this approach helps you access the thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behavioral patterns that stand between you and your fullest potential. By combining deep inner processing with practical tools for real-world change, you’ll learn to transform stuck patterns, strengthen relationships, and align daily actions with your values and vision.

Transpersonal, Energy & Spiritual Work  integrates inner exploration, spirituality, and somatic awareness to help clients access wisdom beyond the thinking mind. This approach supports healing and growth by attuning to both the inner world and the subtle field of guidance that surrounds us.

Transpersonal & Spiritual 

Through guided visualization, dreamwork, mindfulness, and embodied presence, clients learn to connect with their intuitive intelligence and compassionate allies—whether experienced as inner guides, ancestral wisdom, or the larger field of consciousness. This work deepens trust in one’s inner knowing, expands perspective, and fosters a felt sense of belonging and purpose within the greater web of life. Each session is held in a collaborative space, where a qualified professional walks beside you—mentoring, witnessing, and validating the insights that arise along the way.

Integrative Energy Balancing

Integrative Energy Balancing is a restorative, hands-on or near-body practice that attunes to the subtle field of vitality supporting healing and wholeness. In a calm, meditative setting, the practitioner holds an attuned presence, inviting the body’s natural intelligence to release stagnant or blocked energy and restore balance to the vital system.

Clients often experience this work as a gentle clearing—an opening into lightness, ease, and spacious connection. Without effort, the energy system begins to reorganize, supporting the return of harmony, clarity, and grounded aliveness. Each session offers a passive, deeply nourishing reset for the body–mind–spirit continuum.
