Meet Colleen

Colleen Godfrey is a trauma-informed somatic practitioner and meditation teacher who helps people feel more regulated, grounded, and genuinely themselves again. Her work blends science-backed mindfulness, somatic therapy, and a down-to-earth modern mysticism—held in a steady, compassionate presence that makes healing feel safe and human.

Her path is rooted in lived experience. After navigating big-T and small-t trauma and discovering what it feels like when the nervous system finally finds an off-switch, Colleen became committed to helping others access the same relief, clarity, and coherence.

Her practice deepened following a series of powerful nondual awakening experiences that opened a wider, more effortless field of awareness. With the encouragement of her teachers, she now weaves these capacities into her work in an accessible, grounded way—supporting clients in reconnecting with inner guidance and their truest, most authentic presence.

She supports career professionals, new parents, sensitives, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent clients, and anyone moving through complex trauma, mother wounds, or spiritual emergence. Her approach is simple, warm, and deeply attuned—meeting you exactly where you are and helping you reconnect with the part of you that already knows the way home.
